Service Description
Your dog will join our family on our adventures whilst you’re away on yours. It may be a trip to the beach, walks at Glentress, cuddling on the sofa, or just playing fetch in the garden. Poppy has also been known to go on a kayaking adventure or two, and would love a friend to join her.
Cancellation Policy
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 25%, this ensures your date is blocked off on our calendar. We require a further 50% payment 28 days before your booking, and the balance is due on the day you drop off your pet. All payments are non-refundable, however bookings can be changed subject to availability, and with at least 14 days notice of the original booking date. All dogs boarding will need to have a familiarisation session with poppy to ensure they get along. In addition to this we try and arrange a session in our home also. If this is your dogs first stay, any stay of over 3 nights will require a 1 night trial. This will be charged at the normal rate.
